A group relations conference is an event where participants engage in experiential learning about group dynamics, organizational behavior, and leadership. It is a unique form of professional development and personal growth that combines theory and practice. Participants work together in small and large groups to explore the dynamics of power, authority, and interpersonal relationships.
The conference is facilitated by experienced group relations consultants who guide participants in their learning process. The goal of a group relations conference is to provide individuals with an opportunity to deepen their understanding of themselves, their relationships with others, and the ways in which they interact and make decisions within groups and organizations.
